I'm jealous you have already tasted them. <br />I discovered this sweet treat recently and find that it both satisfies my sweet tooth and fills me, plus it uses frozen yogurt instead of ice cream so it helps with calories/fat.....this makes 1 serving, so I guess double/triple ingrediants if Russ and LR are joining you:<br />1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt (I use publix brand), 3/4 cup milk,1 tbsp carnation malked milk mix, 1 cup strawberries.
